Conflicts Assistant

This role supports Weil's Conflicts Department by preparing conflict reports, managing new matter intake, maintaining ethical walls, and ensuring compliance with firm policies. The Administrative Staff works closely with conflicts managers and attorneys to handle documentation, conduct legal research, and maintain accurate databases. It is a detail-oriented position focused on the professional responsibility function within a large law firm environment.
