Conflicts Counsel - Outside Counsel Guidelines

Polsinelli is seeking a Conflicts Counsel to support the firm's conflicts, new business intake, professional responsibility, and risk-management functions. The role serves as a primary legal resource for reviewing, interpreting, negotiating, and implementing client outside counsel guidelines, engagement terms, and related client requirements. The position involves collaborating with firm attorneys and business professionals to identify and mitigate legal, ethical, operational, and financial risks while ensuring client terms are accurately documented and communicated.
