Congregate Residential Counselor - Overnight

The Home for Little Wanderers is seeking a Congregate Residential Counselor to provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment for children and adolescents transitioning back to their families or toward independent living. The role involves caring for youth in a group home setting, participating in their community activities, and collaborating with clinical and support staff to ensure their well-being. Counselors will work overnight shifts, engaging in de-escalation, physical intervention when necessary, and maintaining detailed activity logs.
