Congress Meeting Manager

The Congress Meeting Manager serves as the primary client liaison and lead for assigned pharmaceutical congress programs, overseeing the planning, execution, and post-event reconciliation of convention strategies across Neurology and Oncology therapeutic areas. This role manages all aspects of congress housing, registration, meeting logistics, compliance coordination, and financial tracking while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. The position ensures all program objectives, deadlines, and compliance requirements are met to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
