Congress Strategy Lead

This role involves developing and executing annual and multi-year congress strategies for a portfolio of cardiovascular programs, identifying key opportunities, and defining objectives aligned with Medical Affairs goals. The position requires leading the full congress lifecycle, from planning and content development to post-congress analysis and insight synthesis. It focuses on translating congress intelligence into actionable recommendations to support evidence generation, clinical development, and launch readiness.
