Connected and Automated Vehicles (CAV) Tech Transfer Engineer

The CAV Tech Transfer Engineer is part of the Leidos team supporting FHWA’s Saxton Transportation Operations Laboratory, a USDOT research lab focused on improving transportation operations, safety, mobility, and environmental impacts. The role centers on advancing connected and automated vehicle (CAV) technologies, including vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-infrastructure communications, through work with the Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center in McLean, VA. The position involves engagement with external stakeholders across government, academia, and industry to support adoption of lab-developed ITS/CAV tools and data products.
