Connected Worker Strategy & Roadmap Lead

This role owns the strategy, roadmap, and governance for Conagra’s Connected Worker ecosystem, connecting business needs with technology solutions to improve frontline productivity and operational performance. The position leads the expansion of connected worker capabilities through mobile enablement, training, change management, and future technology solutions to create measurable business value. It involves partnering with cross-functional teams to embed tools into standard workflows and driving enterprise-wide adoption and value realization.
