About this role

The Connectivity Manager at AirTrunk is the primary interface between external carriers, contractors, customer implementation teams, and internal departments, focused on ensuring smooth delivery of carrier services at the Johor Bahru sites. The role supports carrier onboarding, operational readiness for site launches, and provides intelligence on regional terrestrial fibre and subsea connectivity to inform business planning. The position reports to the AVP, Connectivity and works closely with Customer Solutions, Design and Innovation teams to enable scalable connectivity solutions.
