A Compensation and Benefits Advisor at the Library of Parliament provides accurate and timely payroll and benefits services to staff, advises personnel and managers, processes payroll transactions, applies collective agreements and complex policies, and ensures data accuracy in the Organizational Resource Planning (PRO) system.
