About this role
Senior Advisor, Adoption and Integration of Generative AI will lead Desjardins’ Gen AI Hub to accelerate the integration of generative and emerging AI across the property and casualty insurance sector. The role focuses on anticipating technology trends, structuring repeatable and scalable approaches, and driving cultural and operational change to maximize business value. The advisor will also develop adoption pathways, build communities of practice, and align AI initiatives with the organization’s strategy.
