Conservation Manager

The Conservation Manager is responsible for delivering remedial and preventive conservation services for the HES Archive Collections, managing projects to improve archive condition, and overseeing environmental monitoring and storage infrastructure. This role involves leading a team of paper conservators, managing conservation programmes, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and risk management procedures. The position also includes contributing to public access initiatives, exhibitions, and stakeholder engagement to support the preservation of the historic environment.
