Conservation Planning Specialist

The Conservation Planning Specialist works with CPAWS‑BC’s Land and Freshwater Conservation team to support land‑based conservation initiatives across British Columbia. The role involves engaging with Indigenous Nations, governments, and partners to provide technical input on land‑use planning, conduct spatial analysis, and help advance Indigenous‑led stewardship and the province’s 30x30 conservation targets. The specialist also contributes to campaign communications, public engagement, and identifies funding opportunities to further conservation outcomes.
