About this role
The Constant Observer provides continuous, one-to-one observation of patients assessed as safety risks, working under the direction of nursing and medical staff to maintain patient and staff safety. The role involves monitoring patient behavior and condition, reporting changes to professional staff, and supporting basic room care and safety measures.

Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED

- Child Abuse Iowa Mandatory Reporter - Iowa Department of Human Services (within 180 days)
- Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter - Iowa Department of Human Services (within 180 days)
