Constituency Manager

This role serves as an administrator and facilitator for Grassroots Organizations (GROs) at the constituency level, promoting social cohesion and community bonding. Key duties include formulating development plans, coordinating member recruitment, managing finances, and overseeing the operations and maintenance of Community Centers. The position also involves mobilizing residents for national campaigns and supervising staff to ensure effective implementation of activities.
