Constructability Programme Manager (AWP Lead)

Kent is seeking a highly experienced Constructability Programme Manager to lead a structured, end-to-end constructability programme and Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) strategy for a major EPC project. This critical leadership role ensures project design and execution are aligned to deliver safe, efficient, and predictable outcomes from engineering through to commissioning and handover. The position involves embedding constructability principles across all project phases, managing the Kent Constructability Log, and overseeing the development of Construction Work Areas and Work Packs. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure full alignment with the Path of Construction and systemisation strategy.
