The Construction Administrator serves as a key administrative partner to the construction team, providing comprehensive project administration, financial oversight, contract management, and document control throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. This role supports senior construction leadership by monitoring project financial performance, coordinating critical project documentation, managing subcontractor and owner agreements, and facilitating communication between construction and accounting teams. The position helps ensure projects are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values while maintaining compliance with contractual, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
