Construction Cost Estimator

The Construction Cost Estimator is responsible for managing projects from initial site identification to post-occupancy, developing and maintaining historical cost models, and preparing detailed cost estimates for multi-family affordable projects. This role involves overseeing design consultants, managing the construction bid process, and ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and within quality standards. The position requires acting as both a general contractor and an owner's representative to manage third-party contractors and project scopes.
