Construction Director (PMC)

The Construction Director / Site Manager serves as the senior Project Management Consultant (PMC) representative at a nickel smelter expansion site, overseeing all construction activities for a new Rotary Kiln Electric Furnace production train. This role requires leading complex brownfield operations where major construction must be integrated with ongoing production, managing simultaneous operations (SIMOPS), and ensuring EPC contractors execute work safely and efficiently. The position acts as the primary escalation point for construction matters, coordinating between the Owner, operations teams, and multiple contractors to achieve mechanical completion and operational readiness.
