Construction Director

Aecon is seeking an experienced Construction Director to lead and direct all construction activities for major urban transportation and transit projects in Canada. Reporting to the Project Director, this role involves overseeing collaborative delivery models, driving Lean construction practices, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, predictably, and to high quality standards. The position requires significant experience managing large field organizations and complex interfaces within heavy civil infrastructure environments.
