Construction Director

The Construction Director oversees the successful delivery of utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects across multiple regions. This hands-on leadership role manages a team of Construction Managers to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The position involves partnering with various internal teams and external stakeholders to remove obstacles, improve processes, and drive consistency across a growing portfolio.
