Construction Engineer - Signals & Train Controls

Ramos CS, now part of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking a Construction Engineer for Signals & Train Controls to perform field engineering and inspection work as Owner's Representative on a light rail extension program's trackwork and systems construction contract. The role involves overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of safety-critical train control and signaling systems, including wayside signals, interlockings, train detection, and signal houses. The Construction Engineer will review contractor work, document activities, verify quantities, and identify issues requiring change orders.
