The role supports project teams throughout the full preconstruction process, preparing detailed bid schedules and estimates, collaborating with design teams, clients, and vendors to control costs, and providing technical support for contract negotiations and change order analysis. It also assists business development efforts with cost opinions and coordinates bid day activities while maintaining the estimating system.
