Construction Estimator

The role involves performing detailed quantity takeoffs, preparing budgets, cost estimates, and bid proposals for U.S. construction projects, as well as coordinating with contractors and subcontractors throughout the pre‑construction process. The estimator will use construction estimating software and digital workflows, ensure accurate documentation, and proactively identify scope gaps and potential issues while working remotely from Mexico on a full‑time, month‑to‑month basis.
