Construction Estimator

The Construction Estimator at RCCS is responsible for developing cost estimates, managing bid strategies, and supporting buyout processes from early design through contract award for multifamily, townhome, and commercial projects. The role involves detailed quantity takeoffs, subcontractor bid solicitation, scope development, and ensuring accurate, defensible estimates that protect project margins.
