Construction Estimator

The Construction Estimator supports management and operations by reviewing project plans, requirements, and specifications to develop accurate estimates for large-scale commercial, residential, healthcare, and transportation projects. This role involves coordinating estimating teams, determining labor and equipment costs, and preparing bid packages for hard bid, negotiated, and conceptual projects. The position requires extensive knowledge of construction means, methods, and engineering principles to assess project risks and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
