Construction Facilities Coordinator

The Construction Facilities Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for incoming requests related to construction projects, work orders, events, and real estate initiatives within the Campus Operations department. This role is responsible for receiving, triaging, validating, and coordinating requests to ensure they are properly defined, funded, and compliant before transitioning them to the appropriate Project Manager or Initiative Owner. The position plays a critical customer-facing function that directly impacts project success, stakeholder confidence, and operational efficiency.
