Construction Inspector

This position is responsible for performing routine and complex technical assignments in the construction field, with a primary emphasis on construction inspection to ensure compliance with approved plans, FDOT specifications, and local regulations. The role involves inspecting public and private construction work, reviewing permits, and maintaining detailed records of inspection activities. The incumbent will also interact with the public, contractors, and development review staff to support project compliance and safety.
