Construction Instructor

The Construction Instructor serves as the lead expert for New Settlement’s YouthBuild program, designing and delivering a comprehensive 10-month construction training curriculum for youth aged 17–24. This role involves providing classroom instruction, hands-on lab and worksite training, and mentorship to prepare students for entry into the construction industry. The position requires building relationships with industry partners to secure worksite opportunities while upholding high standards of safety and professionalism.
