Construction Intern

The internship provides hands‑on experience with Duininck's Heavy Highway and Heavy Civil teams, allowing the intern to shadow superintendents, project managers, estimators, and crew leads while assisting with daily construction activities, crew management, and project documentation. The role includes exposure to construction planning, scheduling, safety checks, and the use of estimating software across various locations in the Upper Midwest.
