About this role
The Lead Construction (m/f/d) – EMEA Region will oversee construction activities for solar (ground-mounted, tracker, floating PV), BESS, and wind projects across the EMEA region. The role is based in Munich (or elsewhere in Germany) and supports BayWa r.e.'s Engineering & Construction team in scaling, standardizing, and aligning regional project delivery.
