Construction Manager [Offshore Project]

This role serves as the senior-most offshore authority to lead full-cycle construction execution for Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines across multiple platforms. The incumbent coordinates all construction activities, supervises diverse technical teams, and ensures strict alignment with EPC contracts and ADNOC specifications while managing heavy lifting and marine spread operations. A critical focus involves resolving field-level clashes, synchronizing multidisciplinary work sequences, and driving the project to mechanical completion and commissioning readiness under complex brownfield conditions.
