Construction Manager- Pipeline

ARM Energy's Midstream team is seeking a Construction Manager for Pipeline based out of Houston to oversee large diameter natural gas pipeline design and construction. The role involves leading projects from front-end development through execution, including creating scopes of work, cost estimates, and schedules. The successful candidate will manage third-party contractors, mitigate project risks, and ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
