Construction Manager, Substations & BESS

Downer is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the planning, execution, and completion of complex high-voltage construction activities across Western Australia. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring construction is delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves leading Construction Supervisors, site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers while championing a strong Zero Harm culture across every stage of delivery.
