Construction Manager

The Construction Manager oversees the building of homes in assigned communities, ensuring projects meet cost, schedule, and quality standards while managing trade partners and safety. This role also leads the customer experience throughout construction, handling communications, issue resolution, and coordination with sales and other internal teams. The position requires on‑site presence five days a week in Woodbury, Minnesota.
