Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager for their Project Management Office to lead construction activities, align operations with program metrics, and manage budgets, staffing, and schedules for large civil, structural, or industrial projects. The role involves direct oversight of field crews, subcontractors, and superintendents while ensuring quality control, risk mitigation, and effective client communication. This position requires extensive field experience and the ability to integrate construction operations with PMO reporting systems.

Responsibilities

Direct overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and project priorities
Determine budget estimates, project controls, and staffing requirements for the scope of work
Manage assignment and efficiency of manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Monitor field progress, establish assignments for superintendents, and implement corrective actions
Prepare periodic reports summarizing progress, budget variances, and field metrics for leadership
