Construction Manager

The Construction Manager serves as Stimulus Technologies' owner's representative in the field, overseeing all phases of OSP fiber optic construction, managing resident engineers, third‑party contractors, and ensuring projects meet safety, schedule, budget, and regulatory requirements. This role coordinates closely with engineering firms, permits, and senior leadership to deliver grant‑funded broadband deployments across multiple states.
