Construction Manager

The Construction Manager supports foremen, crews, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely and to required quality standards. This role leads by example in safety and operational excellence, supports team development, and ensures compliance with company policies, client standards, and regulations. The position serves as the primary on-site point of contact for Project Managers, coordinating with engineering teams and field personnel to resolve construction challenges and drive project execution.
