Construction Manager

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management, oversight, and technical direction of construction activities within the assigned region. The position manages all facets of construction projects from inception to completion, including new base buildings, tenant improvements, and capital expenditures. The role involves leading design teams, managing contractor relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, on budget, and in compliance with specifications.
