Construction Manager

The Construction Manager serves as the primary owner's contact for design and construction projects, coordinating with architects, general contractors, and third parties to manage scope, pricing, and scheduling. This role ensures compliance with funding partner requirements, oversees inspections and payment requisitions, and facilitates an orderly construction close-out process. Additionally, the position supports the Development Team in evaluating the financial viability of properties for acquisition and rehabilitation.
