Construction Manager

The Construction Manager oversees all projects, including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc., ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. This role involves managing superintendents, technicians, and subcontractors while participating in proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts. The position also provides sales and service support, field resource management, and customer communication as needed.
