Braun Intertec is seeking an Entry-Level Construction Materials Testing Technician to join their Tyler, Texas office, where they will learn to perform various tests on construction materials like soils, concrete, masonry, and asphalt. The role involves onsite materials testing on commercial and transportation projects, with in-depth technical training and industry certifications provided upon successful completion of examinations. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and able to lift 50-75+ pounds.

Responsibilities

Perform field density tests of soils and routine sampling of construction materials
Conduct field concrete testing including slump, air content, and strength measurements
Prepare daily reports and ensure project specifications are followed
