Construction Officer (MOU15) – Level 3

The Construction Officer Level 3 will act as the on‑site coordinator and inspector for civil, electrical, and mechanical utility construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with specifications and regulations. The role involves overseeing contractors, reviewing engineering documents, supporting field testing and commissioning, and handling contract administration while working in field conditions that may include adverse weather, heights, or underground environments.
