Construction Process Director

The Construction Process Director leads the full lifecycle integration of project controls, construction quality assurance, and contract strategy for electric generation projects, with a focus on combined cycle power plants. This leadership role serves as a critical interface between engineering, construction, supply chain, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards. The position involves implementing systems, building teams, and defining roles within the Vistra Construction organization.
