Construction Project Leader

The Construction Project Leader leads capital projects to expand the capacity and capability of Global Optical Fiber and Cable Manufacturing Facilities. This role involves overseeing the installation, commissioning, and startup of manufacturing systems, managing project scope, budgets, and safety, and coordinating with cross-functional teams and contractors. The position requires significant travel to domestic and international manufacturing sites to ensure successful project execution.
