Construction Project Manager- ESL

Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking an Owner’s Representative to support active and proposed development projects for its new-construction assisted living and senior housing portfolio across the Midwest. This hands-on, field-oriented role focuses on coordinating owner-purchased scopes, such as FF&E and technology, alongside general contractors and subcontractors to ensure successful community openings. The position involves periodic travel to project sites, including Ohio, to monitor construction progress and support field coordination.
