Construction Project Manager II

The Construction Project Manager II serves as the Owner’s Representative, leading the delivery of complex, large-scale capital construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout. This role is responsible for driving project strategy and execution while ensuring alignment with the Owner’s objectives for scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and operational readiness. The position requires significant experience managing complex capital construction projects in highly regulated or technically demanding environments.
