The Construction Project Manager - Workforce and Trades is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding qualified skilled tradespeople to support renovation projects. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs and building a trade network to screening, field testing, and onboarding. The position works closely with management to ensure the right trades are in place to meet project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
