About this role

The Construction Project Manager (Owner's Representative) will lead site acquisition, entitlement, design coordination, and pre-construction activities for commercial and industrial projects. This role acts as the owner’s liaison with municipalities, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards. The position requires travel to job sites, hands-on involvement in construction, and stewardship of project documentation through closeout. The manager will also develop budgets, negotiate contracts, and support multi-state project delivery.
