About this role

Responsibilities

• Independently manage small to medium-scale construction projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop project charters, schedules, and work breakdown structures while monitoring critical paths.
• Procure and manage general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors through competitive bidding.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for project budgets.
• Serve as the primary client contact to deliver status reports and present solutions.
