Construction Project Manager

This role involves independently managing the end-to-end delivery of small to medium-scale capital and tenant improvement projects valued between $250K and $1M. The Construction Project Manager will oversee scope development, contractor procurement, budgetoversight, and client communication while collaborating with senior leaders on more complex regional initiatives. The position is client-facing and requires a proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects with a high degree of autonomy.
